  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your delivery.

🚀 Delivery Time

  • Within Bangladesh: 2–5 business days (depending on location).

  • International Orders: 7–14 business days (customs and local courier delays may apply).

Please note that delivery times may vary based on courier availability, weather, or logistical delays.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and weight.

  • Free shipping promotions may apply for selected products or orders above a certain amount.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your OrbIQ purchase. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll make it right.

🔁 Returns

  • You can return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

  • To request a return, contact us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and (if possible) a photo.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we’ll notify you about your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • In some cases, we may offer a replacement or repair option first for faster resolution.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized modifications

  • Items missing packaging, manuals, or accessories

  • Digital software or downloadable licenses
